An Epwin Group company, all doors supplied by Permadoor also come with a full ten year guarantee from the date of installation. Richard Kirman, trade sales manager, Permadoor said: “Installers and fabricators need to be maximising margin and you can’t do that if you’re getting call backs, it needs to be right and it needs to be right first time. We have more than two decades experience supplying composite doors to the commercial sector, in fact this year we’re celebrating our 21st birthday as a composite door company, and the quality of our product is second to none. We are now bringing that experience to the trade, supported by a dedicated trade sales team which itself boasts years of experience in the trade sector and a full understanding of the pressures fabricators and installers face and of the product combinations that sell.”
Available in a choice of white, green, black, blue, red, and antique oak and rosewood woodgrain finishes, the Reflections range is also available in a choice of 12 styles. All doors come complete with a fully reinforced 70mm PVC-U outer frame, a full multipoint locking system including cylinder, keeps and handles, plus choice of fully suited hardware. Those fabricators buying into the Reflections trade door offer from Permadoor are also able to access full marketing support including brochures. Permadoor has a full suite of accreditations including ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental) and is also one of a select group of businesses to have secured the occupational health and safety accreditation OHSAS 18001:1999.
Richard added: “What we have is a composite door offer that fabricators and installers can have absolute confidence in. They can have confidence in the quality, in the manufacturing standards and that the 10 year guarantee is worth the paper it’s written on”.
The composite door market has enjoyed consistent and rapidly increasing growth since 2002 overtaking PVC-U panels according to the latest market research for the first time in 2007.
Figures released in the Window Profile Industry Report 2007/08 by D&G Consulting suggest that while 717,000 PVC-U panels were supplied in 2007, composite doors pipped ahead at 730,000 installations. The research company’s findings project continued growth for composite doors in 2010, 2011 and 2012 to 800,000, 860,000 and 900,000 units respectively.
